Raisman Wheels
Smooth movement. Consistent cutting performance.
The Raisman wheel line is designed to provide stability, maneuverability, and accurate cutting height across a wide range of lawn mower applications. As a critical component of the cutting system, properly functioning wheels help maintain level operation, smooth movement, and consistent contact between the mower and the ground.
Engineered for durability and precise alignment
Raisman mower wheels are manufactured using reinforced engineering-grade plastics that combine lightweight construction with excellent durability under continuous outdoor use.
To improve maneuverability and reduce rolling resistance, the wheels are equipped with integrated bearings that minimize friction and support smooth operation throughout the equipment’s service life. Each assembly includes the complete axle system, featuring a 10 mm threaded shaft, washers, and fastening hardware for direct installation onto the mower deck or height adjustment mechanism.
Providing the complete wheel assembly helps ensure proper alignment, minimizes vibration, and reduces the risk of premature wear caused by worn or damaged axle components. Wheels are commonly supplied in pairs to help maintain balanced height adjustment and consistent cutting performance on both sides of the machine.
Tested for long-term reliability
Every Raisman wheel assembly is manufactured under strict quality control standards that verify material strength, bearing performance, dimensional accuracy, and axle fitment.
Production batches undergo load testing, dimensional inspections, rotational evaluations, and wear-resistance verification to ensure reliable operation under demanding conditions. Additional quality controls confirm resistance to deformation and consistent performance throughout the product’s service life.
Through comprehensive validation and controlled manufacturing processes, Raisman wheels provide a durable and practical replacement solution that helps maintain smooth operation, accurate cutting height, and uniform cutting results across the most common lawn mower applications.
