Two carburetor technologies. One quality standard.
Raisman complete carburetors are available in two primary configurations, each designed for specific engine architectures:
• Diaphragm carburetors, used in 2-stroke engines such as chainsaws and brushcutters. These systems operate independently of gravity, using an internal fuel pump driven by engine pressure pulses, allowing reliable operation in any position — including inverted use.
• Float-type carburetors, commonly used in 4-stroke engines such as lawn mowers, generators, and tractors. Fuel delivery is regulated by a float and needle valve system, designed to operate in a horizontal position for consistent fuel level control.
Tested as a complete assembly
Raisman defines and controls the quality of every material used — including body alloy, diaphragms, needles, springs, seals, and gaskets. Each production lot is verified on test benches to confirm proper fuel flow, pressure regulation, cold-start response, and acceleration stability.
Additional audits validate sealing integrity, assembly torque, and operational behavior under vibration, ensuring reliable performance in real-world conditions.
